Rory’s Walk 2018

58 walkers and 19 dogs enjoyed a fabulous walk in the sunshine for this year’s walk in memory of Rory. We are grateful to Will and Stuart at the White Lion for allowing us to use their garden for all the walkers to meet up in the morning – and enjoy bacon rolls cooked by JC. During the day walkers were given a constant drip feed of homemade cakes and biscuits, sloe gin and tea/coffee, in between pub stops and a heart, hot lunch at Home Farm. Thank you to Harry and Jane Parker for allowing us to use the barn, once again.

We were so pleased to have so many walkers – lots of people who really treat this as an essential fixture in their diary, plus some new faces too.
We raised £2,000, which takes the total to over £84,000.
